Hello there, we are Erika and Morgan. You may notice that we look different and have different names than before. Long story short:
We are now Erika Flowers, she/her pronouns, and Morgan Miller, he/him pronouns. We are transgender.
There are a lot of photos and videos of us from before that we can't replace or change, so you may still see those names and faces around. There is no way to erase that, so we are moving forward as a company with these new identities and dealing with things as they come up!
Soon, the book, courses, and materials will be changed as much as we can, but some old things will just remain forever.
You can expect the same expertise, experience, and advice from us that you always have. We are still the same human beings, only now we are better. We hope to continue to make content, teach, write, and contribute to the design, service design, and customer experience industry as we always have.
